I enjoy traveling and exploring new places and from time to time, I will write about trips. Generally, I don’t tend to write travel guides, they are more like travelogues.

I wrote a series of posts on traveling the Canadian Rockies in April 2016. Some of the highlights were:
An alpine adventure to snow-capped mountains and glacial lakes
How glaciers carved Lake Louise & the Rockies: what remains today
Respecting the bear in Jasper National Park: my first grizzly bear sighting
Birding highlights of the Canadian Rockies Part 1: the mountains and valleys
Birding highlights of the Rockies Part 3: Jasper to the Fraser Valley

I was lucky enough to live in New Zealand for a few years and wrote a few posts about it.

And now that I live in British Columbia, I travel around the area whenever I get a chance!
